HOW IT WORKS

  2. Slide the improvements bar back and forth to increase or decrease the amount or type in the total. (improvement amount should be based off of estimated cost)

  3. Slide the downpayment bar back and forth to increase or decrease the amount or type in the total.

  4. Type in the interest rate.

  5. Add in your Amortization (number of years).
